FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is aimed at making a container comprising a flexible sheet forming a substantially flat bottom (2) and a side wall (3) which form a cavity (7) with an opening directed upwards in operation. The wall (3) in operating conditions is limited at its lower part with the bottom (2) and at the upper part with the edge (8) forming the contour of the opening of the cavity (7). The wall (3) is limited by the part (9) connecting it with the contour of the opening. At the beginning of the method the bottom (2) is performed having the lying opposite upper and lower surfaces (2a, 2b), form the sidewall (3) extending from the bottom (2) and forming the retaining area (21), the lower surface of which is formed by the lower surface (2b). Then the side wall (3) is turned inside out relative to the bottom (2) to form a cavity (7) with the opening directed upwards in operation of the container, when the cavity has a bottom (2) formed by the upper surface (2a). The stage of forming the side wall (3) prior to performing the stage of turning inside out comprises the sub-stage of forming a part (9) connecting the bottom (2) with a contour (22) of the retaining area (21), so that the part (9) has at least one bent part (10a).

EFFECT: enveloping, retention of shape of confectionery product during storage and transportation.
