SUBSTANCE: rolling drilling bit includes a housing with an inclined trunnion provided with an annular groove in the middle part, and a rolling cutter installed on the trunnion by means of latch pins and sliding bearings and provided with running paths, the length of which is bigger than that of a contact zone of the trunnion with the sliding bearings. The end surface of the annular groove of the trunnion on the side of its base is provided with radial slots for interaction with end sections of latch pins. Length of arc between latch pins corresponds to the length of arc between radial slots on the end surface of the annular groove of the trunnion, and depth of radial slots does not exceed radius of end sections of latch pins. Latch pins can be of a stepped shape; steps of the larger diameter are equipped with wear-resistant inserts.
