FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: wind generator of a louvre type includes a vertical tube-axis, vertical frames-screens with moving elements, a tube-axis holder and an energy receiver. Frames-screens are made in the form of rectangular supporting structures, for example from steel sections, and symmetrically attached with the short side of the frames-screens in the number of at least three pieces to the vertical tube-axis by means of a weld joint. Louvres representing rectangular plates from polyvinyl chloride or fibroplastic material are fixed on the frames-screens. Plates are attached to the frames-screens by means of axes fixed on the frames-screens, and to the axes by means of ring, which provides them with a possibility of synchronous rotation of their planes during a working travel perpendicular to a wind flow direction, thus forming a solid screen, and at idle run - parallel to the wind flow direction, thus passing it without any obstacles. A plate stop at the working travel is represented by a metal mesh, which is fixed on the frames-screens, and at idle run - stops of their limit deviation, which are made in the form of L-shaped rods fixed in axes.
