FIELD: wind-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed turbine has vertical shaft mounted in base in bearings and provided with holders and stops; secured between holders for turn relative around axes parallel to shaft are blades; extreme blades may be engageable with stops; turbine is provided with vertical supports mounted over circumference and connected in center with closed bracket and cross-beams in upper part, thus forming unit with hole in center; mounted on this unit is circle with supports which are connected in their upper part by closed vertical track engageable with wheels; secured on inner perimeter of upper stage of two-stage circle in its lower part is drive gear engageable with driven gears having shafts with flanges; vertical endless track secured in lower stage is engageable with reduction gears having shafts with flanges by means of wheels secured on closed brackets; secured horizontally over outer perimeter of double-stage circle are fields forming multi-tier coil mounted on endless tracks by lower field; secured on upper surface of upper field with cone upward is roof; three-articulation blades with frames are articulated between fields of upper stage and axles which are equidistant relative to two-stage circle and relative to each other; second free ends are compressed with limiters; articulated symmetrically and vertically are axles on which wings are articulated; second free ends are compressed with limiters articulated between fields of lower stage; wings with frames are articulated on different circles on axles which are equidistant relative to double-stage circle and relative to each other; second sides are compressed with limiters by 1/3 of their length; coils are articulated in wing frames and shutters are mounted symmetrically and vertically by means of half-axles and are movably fastened by means of rods. Second free ends are compressed by limiters; components of shutters have ports above which double-acting bypass valves with springs compressed to solid state are articulated. Five versions of turbine are proposed.
