FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power tower includes a supporting structure proper and an annular platform arranged and fixed in its upper part. Blades are attached at intervals to the external outline of the annular platform. The platform itself can be rotated about the vertical axis of the tower. In addition to the supporting structure itself, there are several vertical towers around it, which serve as additional supports of the annular platform. Transition bridges are made at some intervals throughout the height of the wind-driven power tower between all of its adjacent supporting towers.
EFFECT: reduction of material consumption.
