FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: flow rate governor comprises body with inlet and outlet valves communicated via control valve, resilient plate composed by seat-opening and having one end secured at said body and free opposite end. Governor has extra damper composed of crosswise roller whereto pressed is the resilient plate free end located upstream. Resilient plate adjustment elements are composed of a bar with lengthwise groove and locking screw and shims under said roller.

EFFECT: better damping properties.
