FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: gas pressure reducer comprises a housing with inlet and outlet channels, a reducing valve with a seat, coaxially with a setting spring with an adjusting screw and a damper installed on the plate with a membrane. In the housing between the plate with the membrane and the reducing valve there is a coaxially fixed spacer in the hole of which there is a damper made in the form of a plunger consisting of two semi-cylinders forming a hole with conical extensions on both sides. In the hole there installed are the first and the second blocks connected by adjusting pin, the outer surface of which has coupling with internal conical surfaces of the semi-cylinders. On one side the first block is made with threaded hole for adjustment pin, and the second block is made with hole equal to diameter of cylindrical part of adjusting pin, the head of which is resting on the end surface of this block. On the other side the adjusting pin is connected to the reducing valve. In the first crack the pin is rigidly installed so that its free end is located in a gap of the spacer through an interval between half-cylinders of the plunger.

EFFECT: higher stability, stability and accuracy of operation of gas pressure reducer.
