FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to infant food production. The nutritional composition for babies contains an oligosaccharides mixture in an amount of 2.5 - 15.0 wt % (in terms of dry substance weight). The oligosaccharides mixture consists of N-acetylated oligosaccharide(s), galactooligosaccharide(s) and salivated oligosaccharide(s). The composition contains at least 0.02 wt % of N-acetylated oligosaccharide, at least 2.0 wt % of galactooligosaccharide and at least 0.04 wt % of salivated oligosaccharide. The N-acetylated oligosaccharide(s) account(s) for 0.5 - 4.0% of the oligosaccharides mixture, the galactooligosaccharide(s) account(s) for 92.0 - 98.5% of the oligosaccharides mixture and the salivated oligosaccharide(s) account(s) for 1.0 - 4.0% of the oligosaccharides mixture.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a nutritional composition to be administered to babies during the first months of life for reduction of the risk of adiposopathy development in further life, for reduction of lipogenesis and stimulation of beta-oxidation of fatty acids with babies.
