FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: bucket elevator comprises an upper driving and lower tensioning drums, rounded with a belt with buckets, arranged in a jacket made of a head with a nozzle for discharge, a block with a loading tray and middle sections. In the space between side walls of the head and ends of the drum at both sides of the elevator there are sloping surfaces installed horizontally along the entire width of the elevator ans at the angle α to side walls of the head. On the external surfaces of the side walls of the head there are inclined trays at the angle α to the horizontal line, fixed under sloping surfaces along their entire width and connected with a discharge to collect damaged grain. The angle α must be more than the angle of natural slope of the transported grain. The discharge nozzle with the discharge have a common partition with a damper.

EFFECT: lower damage to transported grain and higher efficiency of an elevator.
