FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: scoop elevator (noria) for loose materials comprises a head with a drum connected by means of noria pipes to a receiving shoe, in which there is a second drum, a pulling belt with buckets attached thereto and a traction belt tensioning mechanism. In the head there is a tensioning drum, and the driving drum is installed in the shoe. Draft belt buckets are provided with divergent guide side walls to reduce amount of backfilling of transported material. In lower part of shoe housing there are paired slots for possibility of elevator transportation in assembled form in vertical position by means of forklift. Adjustment of drive drum is ensured by its attachment to self-aligning bearings, and adjusting unit is made in the form of pressure bolt installed on bracket. Drive drum is kinematically connected directly with reduction gear axis. Under the shoe there is a sliding tray for rapid cleaning of the shoe in changing the type of transported material. Bucket elevator is equipped with device to control its efficiency, made in the form of strain gage and indication unit.
EFFECT: elimination of ghosting and reduced injury of grain material; displacement of gravity centre of elevator down; possibility of elevator transportation in assembled condition in vertical position; universality; simplified design; possibility of indicating performance; possibility of elevator in dispenser mode.
