FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: bucket elevator contains a traction belt, buckets, drive and tension drums, devices for loading and unloading grain. The traction belt is made in the form of a chain of buckets, movably interconnected and being links of this chain. The buckets, each of which is formed by the rear, two rectangular side and front inclined walls, have two bushings fixed on the upper part of the rear wall of the bucket, and in the middle of the opposite lower part of it, a sleeve is fixed with a length commensurate with the distance between the first two bushings. A connecting pin is placed in the bushings of adjacent buckets, with the possibility of rotation in such a way that the buckets form a closed circuit with the possibility of its rotation. Two rollers are installed in each, the head and shoe of the elevator, with the possibility of moving stiffeners along them, located on the back wall of the bucket and connecting the upper and lower bushings.

EFFECT: damage to the seed covers by the elements of the device is reduced when they are moved along the elevator path.
