FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: oven (1) contains a cavity (2) of the oven, where the cooking process takes place, a body (3), surrounding the cavity (2) of the oven, a burner (4), comprising a tubular element (5), which has cylindrical cross section, which stretches in parallel to the lower wall of the body (3) or the upper wall of the body (3), more than one output holes (6), placed on both sides of the tubular element (5), which make it possible for gas to get out, an igniter (7), which starts the process of burning by ignition of gas coming out from output holes (6), a thermocouple (8), which controls flame generation, and a reflector (9), attached to the tubular element (5), which continues to both sides of the tubular element (5), which is placed almost in parallel to the lower wall of the body (5) or the upper wall of the body (3) so that it is located above the output holes (6), and which provides for direction of the flame coming out from output holes (6). The oven comprises a supporting element (14), which is made by moulding of a monolithic plate and is installed at the end of the tubular element (5) so that it vertically crosses the axis of the tubular element (5), which has a fastening ledge (10), formed by bending of the edge of the supporting element (14), providing for installation of the supporting element (14) in the body (3), an insert (11), formed by deep drawing out of the middle section of the supporting element (14) in the form of a circular ledge, which provides for sealing by blocking of the end of the tubular element (5) and which provides for support of the tubular element (5) at a certain distance from the upper or lower walls of the body (3) by means of the support at all sides to the inner wall of the tubular element (5) at its end section, at least one hole (12, 112) of the igniter, which is formed by piercing of the section of the supporting element (14) around the ledge (11) and which provides for installation of the igniter (7), and at least one hole (13, 113) of the thermocouple, which is formed by piercing of the section of the supporting element (14) around the insert (11) and which provides for installation of the thermocouple (8).
EFFECT: simple assembly and disassembly of a burner.
