FIELD: combustion.

SUBSTANCE: burner comprises housing made of two member. One of the members is perforated. The members are tightly interconnected along at least a part of their edges to define a piping housing connected with the Venturi tube in which gas fuel is mixed with air. At least two ends of the housing members are shaped so that the piping housing has at least one beveled end, and the flame forming head is mounted on the piping housing from the side opposite to the beveled end. The burner is mounted on the bottom or the top wall of the stove or oven. The ends of the housing members opposite to the beveled ends are made in block so that when the two housing members are interconnected, they form a flame-forming head. The outer side of two housing members are plane and parallel when assembled so that the piping member is flat. The burner receives one or several walls for deflecting the gas-air mixture to homogenize the distribution of the mixture inside the burner and over the outlet openings. Each of the deflecting walls is formed by a hollow or an internal shape member during plastic working and making a groove or converging on the outer surfaces of at least one of the housing members. Each of two housing members has continuous U- or V-shaped groove at the outer edge of the outer side that corresponds to the continuous U- or V-shaped inner hollow whose arc-shaped part embraces the zone of the flame-forming head.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced cost of manufacturing.
