SUBSTANCE: radio frequency identification system operating on surface acoustic waves includes a transceiver with an antenna and N groups of delay lines operating on surface acoustic waves, which are radio frequency labels, each delay line having transceiving interdigital transducers and reflecting interdigital transducers, the system further including a label transmitting antenna, a label receiving antenna, a label circulator, a reader transmitting antenna, a reader receiving antenna and a reader circulator, the first input/output of which is connected to the reader, the second output of the circulator is connected to the reader transmitting antenna which is connected by a radio link to the label receiving antenna, which is connected to the second input of the label circulator, the first input/output of which is connected to the label, and the third output of the label circulator is connected to the label transmitting antenna, which is connected by a radio link to the reader receiving antenna, which is connected to the third input of the reader circulator.

EFFECT: high efficiency of identifying labels.
