SUBSTANCE: electric circuit is generated for equipment of a substation of electric power supply circuit with the help of a configuration calculator, besides, the electric circuit of equipment is made for indication by means of an indication device in the configuration calculator and contains representations of components, which graphically present main devices of the substation, and moreover, the electric circuit of the equipment includes connections between representations of components, which present electric connections between main devices, selection of the partial area of the electric circuit of the equipment made by the user of the configuration calculator is registered, the selected partial area of the electric circuit of the equipment is converted into data array of indication configuration, suitable for the device of indication of the energy device of automation. The invention also relates to the configuration calculator made appropriately.

EFFECT: increased quality, speed of process of energy automation device configuration, reduced errors.
