SUBSTANCE: graphic editor has the first area of indication, which includes graphic representation of functions for the first field instrument, and the second area of indication, which includes graphic representation of functions for another field instrument related to the first one and specification of potential output signals, the user's selection of output signal for at least another field instrument and functions of the first field instrument are recorded and sets of parameters are formed for the first and another field instrument, which include instructions for configuring communication connections for the first field instrument and at least one another field instrument, which, when one output signal is available for at least one field instrument, indicate dispatch of data message to the first field instrument, and actuation of the selected function for the first field instrument.

EFFECT: simplified configuration of regulating mechanisms for communication connections of field instruments for power supply automatics.
