SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a smoking mouthpiece (1) for dilution of smoke from the smoking element such as a cigarette (11), prior to the release zone (7); the mouthpiece contains an internal longitudinal channel with holes at the both ends, divided into areas; the first area of the (2) of the channel is in the first end of the smoking mouthpiece (1) with a hole for introduction of a smoking element (11); the second area (3) of the channel intended for holding the smoking element (11) is within the axial continuation of the channel first area (2), its cross section being less than that of the channel first area (2); the third area (4) of the channel is within the axial continuation of the channel second area (3) for propping the cigarette end; the fourth area (5) of the channel intended for dilution of smoke from the smoking element is within the axial continuation of the channel third area (4); the fifth area (6) of the channel is at the other end of the smoking mouth piece (1) is within the axial continuation of the channel forth area (5); one or more air channel(s) (8), (8¹) and (8"), pass through the second area (3) and the third area (4); the air channels (8), (8') and (8") open into the first area (2), the third area (4) and the fourth area (5) and are designed so that to enable transmission of atmospheric area from the first area (2) into the third (4) and the fourth (5) ones while the smoking element (11) remains at its place in the channel second area.
