FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is declared is a mechanical energy collection toothbrush that may use circuits and assemblies for mechanical to electrical energy conversion. The above conversion may be performed with the use of piezoelectric systems converting pushes and impacts by a curved toothbrush head and/or bristles when in use. Besides, the conversion may be performed with the use of electromagnetic generators actuating a magnet advancing through a coil to current targeting. The generated electrical energy can be rectified and stored in a storage system, such as a capacitor bank or a secondary battery. A switched circuit can be configured so that to detect an energy level collected in the storage system, and to close an electrical connection when a pre-specified energy level (e.g. a charge) is achieved. The pre-specified energy level can be in accordance with the desired tooth brushing amount (e.g. travel length and force, and travel quantity), and the electrical connection is closed to actuate output devices when the desired tooth brushing amount is achieved.
EFFECT: developing the tooth brush that can use the circuits and assemblies for mechanical to electrical energy conversion.
