SUBSTANCE: appliance represents a toothbrush including a head, multiple tooth-cleaning elements that contain at least tooth-polishing unit represented by a polishing element and bristle elements. In the preferable implementation version, the polishing element contains multiple tooth-polishing elements that are positioned concentrically round a central point, each element including a support base and an expanded resilient head for tooth polishing that passes, slanted, to the outside from the base and determines the polishing surface, part of the bristle element crossing the central point. The polishing element forms a slot that matches the bristle element shape; the polishing heads, in total, form a round shape and have a width exceeding that of the support bases, the latter passing from the polishing heads towards the toothbrush head and including an attaching end fixed on the toothbrush head front side and expanded relative to the support bases sections close to the polishing heads.
