FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in chemical industry. Hydrocarbon gas I is mixed with regeneration gas II and absorbent III. Separation of gas-fluid mix is effected to release separation gas IV and absorbate V. Portion of liquid oxidation product containing bisulphides, unreacted mercaptans and heavy hydrocarbons are fed for mixing with hydrocarbon gas I as absorbent III while balance quantity is withdrawn from the plant. Separation gas IV is subjected to adsorption cleaning at adsorbent 4 cooling by coolant VI to adsorption temperature but not lower than that of water freezing or hydration. Recovery o adsorbent VI is made by blowing with cleaned gas X at lower pressure and indirect heating of adsorbent by heat carrier VII to recovery temperature. Note here that regenerated adsorbent 4 is cooled by indirect cooling by coolant to adsorption temperature by coolant VI. Regeneration gas II is fed to gas flow by fluid-circular pump 6 with absorbent as working fluid.
EFFECT: simultaneous removal of mercaptans and heavy hydrocarbons.
