FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light fraction recovery plants in reservoirs of volatile hydrocarbon products for large and small respiration and can be applied in various industries. Two variants of the installation are proposed, including a reflux condenser, a refrigerating machine, an adsorption unit and adsorbents in the adsorption and regeneration mode, as well as a catalytic oxidation unit in the first variant. In operation of the first embodiment, a gas mixture containing hydrocarbon vapors is fed to the lower portion of the reflux condenser after mixing with the regeneration gas and subsequently cooled with an adsorption treatment gas and a refrigerant supplied from the refrigeration machine. From the bottom of the reflux condenser liquid hydrocarbons are withdrawn, and from the top – reflux gas, which is purified from unconfined hydrocarbon vapors in the adsorbent, heated in the lower section of the reflux condenser and sent to the catalytic oxidation unit. Some of the oxidation products are discharged to the atmosphere, and some are sent as purging gas to regenerate the adsorbent. Regeneration gas is sent to the feed gas mixture. After saturation of the adsorbent, the adsorbents are switched. Second variant of the plant is characterized by the presence of a heat exchanger located on the supply line to the adsorbent of a portion of the heated gas of adsorption purification as a purge gas. In operation, a portion of the heated adsorption gas is supplied to the catalytic oxidation unit, and the other part is sent as a purge gas to regenerate the adsorbent in the adsorbent after heating in the heat exchanger with part of the oxidation products, which then returns to the line of their withdrawal.
EFFECT: invention provides for the elimination of hydrocarbon emissions into the atmosphere.
