SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for making conical lead sections of holes from various materials. Countersink comprises base shank, steel body and cutting working part secured at the body location part. Said body location part has lengthwise cutouts, stiff-elastic elements and conical bore to fastening screw with interact therewith by its conical section. Cutting working part is composed by replaceable one-piece multiple-teeth tool tip clamped by said fastening screw and located so that its axis is aligned with countersink axis.

EFFECT: reliable joint, hardness of cutting blades, expanded operating performances.
