FIELD: machining. SUBSTANCE: cutting replaceable plate represents itself prism with one edge vertex and open recess for interacting with mounting member of tool. The lateral stop surface of plate contrary to main rear surface is made sloped to edge vertex. The open recess for interacting and placing the mounting member is located from the side of main rear surface contrarily to vertex. In this case the surface designed for contacting with mounting member has slope to the stop surface of plate. The horizontal generatrix of contact surface is parallel to main cutting edge.
