FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: container is intended for transportation of fruits and vegetables. The container comprises a base and at least two walls made with the ability to fold at the base of the container. The folding walls are connected to the base by articulated joints which comprise a hinge axis which in vertical position of the folding wall is placed and fixed inside the opening made at the base of the container, corresponding to the dimensions of the hinge axis, with at least one latch protruding from one side in the direction opposite to line of position of the hinge axis, and located on the axis. In the unfolded position of the wall the hinge axis is placed in the opening with at least one protrusion, and the latch secures the hinge axis in the opening under the protrusion.
EFFECT: claimed container almost completely prevents the deflection of the base relative to the wall, even under the load.
