FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to culinary form, used for cooking of culinary products. Form contains flexible hollow detail (1a), produced of elastomeric material and rigid plate (11b, 11c, 11d, 11f). Flexible hollow detail (1a) contains vertical side wall (3), that has bottom base connected to the lower part of flexible hollow detail (1a). Mentioned lower part contains, on one side, lower peripheral thickening (25b, 35b 35b1), which holds rigid plate (11b, 11c, 11d, 11f) and determines bottom wall (2) of form (1) with rigid plate (11b, 11c, 11d, 11f) and, on the other side, higher peripheral thickening (25a, 35a) which goes over lower peripheral thickening (25b, 35b 35b1). Both thickenings form a groove (15, 150), to which peripheral part of rigid plate (11b, 11c, 11d, 11f) goes into. Rigid plate (11b, 11c, 11d, 11f) touches the lower peripheral thickening (25b, 35b 35b1).
EFFECT: invention allows to keep form's flexibility and simultaneously improve its stability and/or bottom durability and simplify recovery of ready-made product from the form.
