SUBSTANCE: sealed body has the first tubular section (2) and also the second tubular section (3). Tubular sections (2, 3) are arranged as capable of displacement relative to each other and limit at least a partially changed sealed volume (12). The channel (11) connects the sealed volume (12) with a compensation volume (13), having a piston and a cylinder, each connected to one of tubular sections. Change of the sealed volume (12) causes inversely proportionate change of the compensation volume (13). Thus pressure during relative movements of tubular sections is compensated for.
EFFECT: resistance to electric arc discharges.
