SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of creating a multi-hop wireless network (NW), having a plurality of devices (0, 1, 2, …, 96) in a device arrangement scheme (D), wherein the devices (1, 2, 3, …, 96) form a physical wireless connection with at least another device (0, 1, 11, 16, 17, 29, 30, 39, 48, 52, 53, 55, 64, 71, 73, 79, 88) on the network (NW) during self-organisation. The device listens to beacon signals radiated by parent candidate devices on the network, having a network identifier and a radiating device identifier and selects a parent device according to given selection rules, based on the network identifiers (EPID), the receiving capabilities of the parent candidate devices and values of communication quality parameter. During selection of the parent object, connection data are received on the level of applications searching for the device and/or parent candidate devices.
EFFECT: providing an intelligent self-organisation method for creating wireless networks.
