FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: solid oxide composite material for membranes of electrochemical devices contains strontium titanate-ferrite and is a composite based on co-doped cerium oxide and strontium titanate-ferrite, the composition of which has the formula (1-x)Ce0.8(Sm0.8Sr0.2)0.2O2-δ - xSrTi0.5Fe0.5O3-δ, where x=0.25; 0.50; 0.75. The material has properties that are typical for individual phases.
EFFECT: high stability of the material in a reducing atmosphere while maintaining or increasing mechanical strength and overall electroconductivity.
