FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: first, liquid activator is prepared and directed via proportioning nozzle to diesel intake pipeline. Note here that the composition of aerosol mix of activator with air is optimised. Said activator is composed of the following substances: hydrogen peroxide - 23-53%, aliphatic spirits - 5-10%, antirust additive - 0.1-0.3%, stabiliser - 0.1-0.2 %, distilled water making the rest. Note that said activator is processed as aerosol generator operated in three modes: spraying, combined and bubbling selected depending on diesel capacity. Aerosol generator accommodates cartridge-float to allow an optimum aerosol composition depending upon diesel operating conditions by maintaining n invariable activator level in said cartridge. Generator I communicated with flexible pipeline with proportioning nozzle with flow splitter arranged with clearance in casing converging in airflow direction secured in intake air duct. Activator turbulisation characteristics are varied by control over air feed via bubbling tube and electromagnetic valve and by variation of three-way valve bottom pipe throughput. Flow splitter shape is varied to increase dispersion of aerosol to suit particular diesel type.
EFFECT: decreased content of harmful ingredients by improved combustion.
