FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. Proposed device for supply of water into gas diesel engine includes tank with water 1, pipelines of water supply 2 and sprayers 3 of water of injector type. Device is equipped with cooler-mixer 4, in which sprayers 3 are installed. Mixer-cooler has cooling circuit 5, in which cooling liquid and circuit of recycled exhaust gases 6 is circulated, which provides cooling of exhaust gases that are bypassed from the exhaust manifold into intake manifold. Water injection is carried out in a stream of hot (more than 120 °C) of exhaust gases in converting chamber 7, where water changes from liquid to vapor phase, then steam is mixed with exhaust gases in channels of cooler-mixer 8, forming steam-gas mixture, at that water additionally cools exhaust gases. Control of water supply and control of steam-gas mixture supply is performed by dosing device 9 according to signals of control unit 10. Regulation is carried out by signals from engine sensors depending on speed and load modes of engine operation.
EFFECT: device serves to improve fuel efficiency, ensure no-tonnage operation, reduce toxicity of gas-diesel engine.
