SUBSTANCE: proposed valve is used in pipeline systems. This valve comprises body, stem, gate and shifting device, stem top end being coupled with said shifting device and bottom end being coupled with said gate. Said shifting device comprises cover to take up the torque applied by the user, coupling for connection with said stem and safety unit for connection of said cover with said connection coupling. In case said safety unit takes up torque higher than preset one detaches said cover and said connection coupling.

EFFECT: lower torque, higher reliability and linger life.
