SUBSTANCE: actuator of a gate valve includes the following: a transmission assembly containing a housing assembly having threaded inner surface; a rotating threaded spindle containing threaded outer surface having the possibility of entering a functional connection with the threaded inner surface of the housing assembly for axial movement of the transmission assembly at rotation of the rotating threaded spindle; and a gate valve stock connected to the housing assembly and including a gate valve stock cavity into which the rotating threaded spindle is inserted at axial movement of the transmission assembly on the rotating threaded spindle.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability.
