SUBSTANCE: electric razor includes main case, external blade with orifices limited by frame elements, and internal blade. External blade has arc form protruding towards skin surface and open and top end surface of main case, and frame elements include second elements 33B raising hair and positioned at the rear side opposite to movement direction of the main case and closer to Y top than the first elements 3A raising hair, positioned at the front side facing movement direction of the main case. Difference in hair raising capacity between first 33A and second 33B elements raising hair can be reduced to raise body hair more efficiently.
