SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods of filtering messages based on user reports. When deciding conformity of a message to a certain category, user reports on said message are considered depending on the reputation of each of the users sending the report. User reputation in the present invention is determined based on both user activities associated with all aspects of computer security and accuracy of reports sent by the user.
EFFECT: identifying messages associated with different categories such as, for example, spam messages, based on user reports.
