Group of inventions is claimed: device for obtaining and realisation of vermiculture feeding on the basis of nitric acid, as well as method of vermiculture feeding with nitrogen by claimed device. Device represents dielectric tube (1) of alternating section with placed in its front part axial ventilator (2), straightening grid (3), evenly distributing air flow, and high-voltage electrodes (4), which create voltage 18-25 kV with frequency 10-200 Hz. Sprayer (5) of pulveriser type with water reserve (6) outside dielectric tube (1) is installed in converging part of tube (1).

EFFECT: inventions ensure reduction of the number of feeding with nitrogen-containing additives, increase of earthworm population quantity, increased level of vermiculture cultivation profitability.
