FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to area of nondestructive control for carrying out examination of industrial safety of industrial equipment. The device contains the source of the shock impact executed in the form of a hammer with a built-in zonal Fresnel screen, an accelerometer with a pin, a personal computer. The device is executed with possibility of parallel pick-up of a signal from the surface of the diagnosed zone of the object by the accelerometer with a pin, the end face of which is supplied with three pyramids with height of 3 mm, providing, at least, for two contacting zones from three pyramids of the pin at the moment of diagnostics, and the device contains a built-in internal program providing feedback to an operator on comparison upon termination of diagnostics that occurs after 10-fold downloading of an impulse of mechanical deformation by a source of shock influence in a material zone of a studied object.
EFFECT: ensuring increase of noise stability of a form of a structure reflected by amplitude, by information duplication, design simplification, increase in quantity of diagnosed figured objects and objects with welded seams and with near-seam zones, where zones may be detected beforehand, possibility of analysis of low-temperature oxidation.
