SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewage systems of multi-floor houses with a vertical sewage riser and may be used for temporary disconnection of sewage pipelines 10 of separate apartments from a riser 9. The device for disconnection of an apartment sewage pipeline comprises a video camera 6, a bar, a mounting bracket 1, a fixator and a replaceable unit for movement of a lock element of cylindrical shape. The mounting bracket 1 is fixed to the rod with a mechanical connector 2, and the video camera 6 is fixed on the bracket. The replaceable unit for movement of the lock element of cylindrical shape is made in the form of a lever, on one end of which there is a hinged joint with a mounting slat, and on the second one - a wheel, besides, on the lever there is a fixture for a rope. The lock element is rolled from a sheet of elastic material with two holes. At the same time the device additionally comprises a replaceable unit for installation of a pneumatic element and a replaceable unit for its removal, the mounting bracket is made with a side wall in the form of a half-cylinder with a cover, on the outer side of which there is an electric 3 and a mechanical 2 connectors, and on the inner side - a nozzle 4 for connection of the hose to a replaceable unit for assembly of a pneumatic element. The nozzle 4 is connected by a tube with a mechanical connector 2, and outside on the side surface of the bracket there is a ledge 5 with a hole for a fixator. A clamp 8 for fixation of replaceable units is placed on the inner lateral side of the bracket.
