FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a plug with a latch and actuator feedback mechanism. A plug comprises minimum three elements, extreme of which are connected to central by means of spring-loaded joints. The actuator feedback mechanism is located on boundary elements of the plug and designed with a possibility of their compression - opening and rigid fixing of their position with reference to the central element. The plug elements can have the shape of fragments of cylindrical surface. The actuator feedback mechanism is designed as a rack gearing, the cylindrical wheel of which is installed on one of the boundary elements, and the rack mutually engaged with it is installed on the other end. The hinges ensuring the connection of plug elements are spring-loaded. The boundary elements of the plug are fitted with devices for fixing of the plug position in the sewer branch.

EFFECT: possibility of partial or complete shutting of apartment branches from the house sewer system without its disconnection, stability to mechanical impacts, long service life, use in pipelines with various diameters.
