FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and mass exchange units, and namely to an arrangement of film-type fractioning units with a falling film. The fractioning unit includes a vertical cylindrical housing, raw material inlet and fractioning product outlet branch pipes, heat carrier inlet and outlet branch pipes, at least two units of heat and mass exchange elements, which are vertically installed one under another inside the housing, a liquid distributing device, upper and lower separation zones and a feed zone between units of heat and mass exchange elements. Distributing devices are installed on the top of each unit of heat and mass exchange elements, except for the units adjacent from below to upper separation zone and from below to the feed zone. In the feed zone there located is a device for uniform steam distribution along the cross section of the unit and for uniform distribution of liquid along the surface of heat and mass exchange elements. Each element of the unit has upper and lower internal headers and vertical guides, which are uniformly located along a radial component of the element. On one of the outer surfaces of each element there arranged are vertical guides uniformly located along the radial component of the element and adjacent to a non-ribbed surface of the adjacent element with a gap between two adjacent heat and mass exchange elements.

EFFECT: reduction of metal and power consumption.
