FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fractionating apparatus and can be used in chemical, oil refining, oil and gas and other industries for fractionation of multicomponent flows due to use of heat of condensing process flows. A fractionation column is proposed consisting of reinforcing section 1 with at least one raw material feed branch pipe 2 and, for example, an inlet of sharp irrigation 3, units of contact devices 4 and 5, stripping section 6 with phase interface 7, horizontal tube bundle 8 arranged below the phase interface, and vertical partitions 9. During operation of the fractionator along lines 2 and 3, raw material and sharp reflux are supplied, respectively, along line 10 – single- or two-phase heat carrier, along line 11 – cooled two-phase heat carrier, along line 12 low-boiling product is discharged, and along line 13 – high-boiling product.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of device due to possibility of using two-phase heat carrier and reduced metal consumption.
