FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely cardiology, rehabilitation and preventative medicine and can be used to determine the extent of a cardiorespiratory training (CRT) course early in the patients suffered uncomplicated myocardial infarction (MI). Patient's history, echocardiography parameters of heart rate variability (HRV), as well as indicators of a single session of the cardiorespiratory training are studied on the 6-10th day after MI. The session of the cardiorespiratory training consists of first and last inactive tests without biofeedback and 10-12 active tests with biofeedback. The test procedure involves the visual presentation to the patient of his/her own cardiorhythmogram and a reference periodic curve, and the patient continuously visually controls the alignment of his/her own cardiorhythmogram and the reference periodic curve. Each test for the session of the cardiorespiratory is individually automated for each patient on condition at the moment of the testing procedure with using a device for corrector of the functional psychophysiological state of a person. The extent of a cardiorespiratory training (CRT) course in these patients is determined by formula including the following parameters: left ventricular ejection fraction as shown by echocardiography, number of MIs, previous ischemic heart disease (IHD), diabetes mellitus, smoking, thrombolysis, angioplasty and coronary stenting, root mean square of the successive differences (rMSSD), rest standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN), rest coefficient of interval sequence variability (CV), total rest spectrum power (TP), heart rate (HR) in the first active test, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of the sample after the first inactive test, vegetative rate variations (VRV) in the first active test as compared to the first inactive test, systolic blood pressure (SBP) variation in the last inactive test as compared to the first inactive test, DBP variation in the last inactive test as compared to the first inactive test.
EFFECT: method enables determining the extent of the CRT course early in the patients suffered uncomplicated MI.
