FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensers. This device comprises vertical cylindrical case with slotted bottom composed by concentric positive displacement rings arranged with circular clearances relative to each other and rigidly jointed by beams. To cover sais circular clearances, every said concentric ring has cavities in the form of concentric grooves to accommodate inflatable elements whereto connected are tubes to create overpressure or vacuum. This device is equipped with vault down-faller composed by T-like working members extending through circular clearances for cleaning clotted bottom surface. Working members are secured at toothed rings arranged above slotted bottom in roller bearings each being composed of horizontal and vertical rollers. Toothed rings can be driven both simultaneously and separately by selective engagement of gears fitted on the shaft connected with the motor.

EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning bins, fast and accurate proportioning.
