FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Gas burner device with preliminary mixing includes devices mixing a gas and air mix for supply to suction section of ventilator unit (4) and transfer to a burner head (2), where mixing device contains multiple tubes (12) in the form of Venturi tube each, with adjoining sections (16a, 16b) narrowed/expanded against flow direction, and pipe with limited cross-section (16c) between narrowed and expanded sections, so that each narrowed section (16a) is used to feed air flow for further mixing with gas flow fed to the pipe with limited cross-section (16c); then gas and air mix is fed through expanded pipe section (16b) to suction section (10) of ventilator unit (4), and each of multiple tubes (12) is formed by interaction of at least a first and second separate burner areas (A, B) along interaction profile; each of burner areas (A, B) incorporates respective separate sections each of tubes (12), and at least the first sealing element (20) is provided between burner areas (A, B) along interaction profile to prevent gas and/or air suction into tubes (12). At least the first sealing element (20) is placed between burner areas (A, B) in limited cross-section of each Venturi tube out of multiple tubes (12), and at least the first sealing element (20) has through holes (21) restricting limited cross-section of a respective Venturi tube at least in some of the multiple tubes (12) as a result of interaction of burner areas (A, B) along interaction profile; at least the first sealing element (20) is interchangeable with at least a second sealing element (20', 20'') featuring respective through holes (21', 21'') with full size of respective cross-sections different from full size of cross-sections related to respective holes (21) of the first sealing element (20) in order to change total cross-section limited by the number of tube orifices and thus to control the burner according to required thermal power and/or flow friction existing in tubes for gas and air mix supply to burner.
EFFECT: simplified and facilitated control of burner device.
