SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, fresh white cabbages shredding and freezing, pork cutting, paprika straining, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling. One mixes the listed components with sour cream, tomato paste, salt, citric acid, caraway and red hot chilli pepper. Produced mixture and bone broth are packed according to the recipe ratio, sealed and sterilised to produce the target product.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
