FIELD: physics, control.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to air transport control. According to the first version, during final runway approach, airbrakes are set into a first lowered position on a CFAA curve. In the function of a certain parametre which is representative of the given altitude, and during steep approach, transition of airbrakes into a second position is controlled, where the second position is much lower than the first position, on a CFSA curve so as to provide the flare-out process, which enables maintenance of essentially the same angle of attack corresponding to the case for final steep approach. The flare-out phases are carried out with external piloting guide marks. In the second version during final runway approach, gradual transition of airbrakes in the second position which is lower than the first position is initiated to maintain essentially the same angle of attack during the phase of the next flare-out.
EFFECT: improved aircraft manoeuvring characteristics.
