FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dentistry. Ultrasonic Doppler sonography (USDS) is conducted in a patient with degree 1-2 discirculatory encephalopathy, and numerical values of resistance index (ri) and pulsation index (pi). The post-therapeutic USDS is recorded before and after an occlusal load using 10-20 g of comb honey for 3-4 minutes. If observing the indices ri and pi on the USDS after the occlusal load as compared to their load-free values, the orthopaedic alignment is considered to be effective.
EFFECT: method provides more reliable estimation of the orthopaedic alignment of dental patients suffering a cerebrovascular pathology that is ensured by using the occlusal load.
