FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and automation, and can be used in different automatic control, information transmission systems etc. The two-input AND logic gate with multidigit internal signal presentation includes first (1) and second (2) input current quanta I0 switches which are controlled by input logic voltage sources (3) and (4), a current-stabilising two-terminal element (5) connected between combined current outputs (6), (7) of the first (1) and second (2) input current quanta I0 switches and the power supply bus (8). Current outputs (6), (7) of the first (1) and second (2) input current quanta I0 switches are connected to the emitter of an additional transistor (9), the base of which is connected to a reference voltage source (10) and the collector is the logic current output of the device (11), wherein the current-stabilising two-terminal element (5) used is a reference current source whose output current is a multiple of the current quanta I0.
EFFECT: high speed of operation and creating an element base for computing devices operating on multidigit linear algebra principles.
