The device includes current I0 quanta switches with corresponding current outputs, sources of input logic signals which control the state of the corresponding current I0 quanta switches, current mirrors matched with the power supply bus, outputs of the current mirrors being connected to each other and each current mirror having inverting and non-inverting current inputs.
EFFECT: high speed of operation and creating an element base for computing devices operating on multidigit linear algebra principles.
