SUBSTANCE: comparator comprises a current mirror 2 matched to the power supply bus, input transistors, a current-stabilizing bipole 11 connected to the second 9 power supply bus and connected to the emitter of the second 12 additional transistor. The base of the second 12 additional transistor is connected to the source of the bias voltage 7, and its collector is connected to the current output 8 of the device.
EFFECT: providing comparison of two input current signals with hysteresis by input and the possibility of regulation.
