FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to frame covers of buildings in the form of a polygonal frame or arch. The polygonal frame cover comprises frames, runs rested onto them and a system of longitudinal and transverse links on the cover. The system of links is made in the form of a parabolic X-shaped string that is spatial on plan, crossing, chain-type, pre-stressed with a subdiagonal contour. The string is located in the plane of lower belts of frames and is attached to the support units of the framework and frames in the span. The invention is also achieved by the fact that in the cover there are two or more X-shaped crossing strings of the subdiagonal contour.
